  • Story.1I support clients while paying attention to how I can convey the brand's values.

    It's my fourth year with Kashikey since entering the company as a new college graduate, and I mainly take care of wholesale business. In order to help our clients sell Kashikey products, I support shops, carry out the planning of fairs and events, and work on increasing sales while communicating with stores.
    I don't simply want our products to sell. It's an important part of my work to convey the value of Kashikey Brown Diamond to our client companies. Because there are cases when the brand's value gets diminished due to the manner in which it's conveyed to customers, I thoroughly check promotional items, store displays, and how the sales clerks talk about products to customers.

  • Story.2"The aesthetic sense that exists even in places customers can't see" was pointed out to me.

    My mother and grandmother also love jewelry so I had many opportunities to see it and I've found jewelry to be beautiful since a long time ago. I took a job at Kashikey after being encouraged by my older sister who works in the jewelry industry.
    It's mostly women who wear jewelry, but men find jewelry beautiful too. I feel that Kashikey items, in particular, are special. Kashikey jewelry is characterized by an unwillingness to compromise in the pursuit of beauty that exceeds its value and a close attention to detail. I think Kashikey jewelry possesses a unique aesthetic sense.
    My senior in the jewelry industry once pointed out to me that I must not forget the aesthetic sense that exists even in places customers cannot see. Doing work that involves handling jewelry and selling beautiful things, I must not forget about aesthetic sense no matter when or where I am. I intend to try to keep that in mind, not only in my work, but also in my personal life, from here on.

  • Story.3I want my clients to rely on me, knowing that they can contact me whenever a problem arises.

    Through my relationships with client companies, if my importance increases then I think they will carry more of our products and sales will increase as well. If a shop can produce results as part of its track record while communicating well, then we have truly formed a good relationship. Even if something negative occurs, if I can react positively, the clients will come to depend on me, and that makes me happy in terms of business.
    It's currently my goal to reach the point where my clients think, "Horiguchi will respond to whatever we ask him and he comes up with solutions for us." I want to continue conducting business so that my clients rely on me, knowing that they can contact me whenever a problem arises.
